iFitnessTimer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) highly prioritizes the protection of users' personal privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy clearly explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our mobile application, supporting hardware Bluetooth connection services, and related functions (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By using our Services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of this policy, please discontinue the use of our Services immediately.

1. Permission Authorization & Data Collection

Our App only requests the minimum necessary system permissions to deliver core features. No excessive permissions will be requested. All data processing primarily runs locally on your device, with no passive background collection.

• Bluetooth Permission: Used exclusively for pairing and data communication with compatible smart hardware. Bluetooth transmission data will not be uploaded to the cloud.
• Microphone Permission: Activated only after your manual consent. Audio data is temporarily captured for local voice command recognition. The App will not record audio without your operation. Raw voice data will not be stored long-term or uploaded online.
• Device Operational Data: Device model, OS version and runtime logs are saved locally to guarantee stable hardware connection and App performance. All records stay on your device.
• Voluntary Feedback: Any suggestions or messages you actively submit will only be used to respond to your requests.

2. How We Use Your Data

All processed data is solely for service delivery purposes. We will not use your data for commercial marketing without authorization:

• Establish Bluetooth connection, transmit data and control matched smart hardware;
• Respond to voice commands and trigger local App functions;
• Maintain App stability, fix bugs and optimize user experience;
• Fulfill obligations required by applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Storage & Security Protection

• Local Storage Dominant: Almost all user-generated data and device records are stored on your local device. We do not operate a cloud user database and will not automatically synchronize or upload your local configurations to remote servers.
• Temporary voice data created during recognition will be cleared automatically once the task finishes, without persistent local storage or cloud upload.
• We adopt local data isolation and access restriction mechanisms to protect your local data against leakage, tampering and unauthorized access.
• We follow the data minimization principle and never collect information irrelevant to core functions.

4. Information Sharing, Transfer & Disclosure

Since we do not upload local user data or store personal information on cloud servers, we will not share, sell, rent or transfer your data to any third party under normal circumstances, except for the following legal scenarios:

• Information disclosure required by mandatory laws, courts or official regulatory authorities;
• Third-party service providers engaged with formal confidentiality agreements, who are prohibited from retaining your private data.

5. Your Rights

This App has no account system and all data remains locally on your device. You hold full control over your data:

• Permission Control: You can enable or disable Bluetooth, microphone and other permissions anytime in system settings. Disabling permissions only turns off related features and does not affect other basic functions.
• Data Deletion: You can clear all App cache and application data via your device system settings to erase all local configurations and logs.

6. Minors Protection

We attach great importance to minors’ privacy. If you are under 18 years old, please use this App under the supervision and consent of your legal guardian. We do not actively collect personal information from minors. Please reach out to us if you discover unauthorized collection of minor data.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to service upgrades and legal adjustments. Minor revisions will only update the effective date. Material changes affecting user rights will be notified via in-app announcements. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
